We're not just looking for someone to set appointments; we need a true sales pro who can nurture leads, answer questions, overcome objections, present figures, and finalize the sale – all predominantly through digital communication and phone calls.

What You'll Do

• Manage and respond to all incoming internet leads promptly and professionally.
• Engage with customers via email, phone, text, and video.
• Qualify customer needs and identify the perfect vehicle.
• Provide detailed product information and conduct virtual walk-arounds.
• Negotiate pricing and present financing options.
• Seamlessly transition customers from online interest to in-dealership visits (when applicable) or complete the entire sales process remotely.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for future sales and referrals.
• Utilize CRM software effectively to track and manage leads.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Internet Sales Professional in an automotive dealership is preferred!
• Demonstrated ability to work deals from "cradle to grave"– you own the entire sales process.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with automotive CRM systems and internet sales tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a true team player.
