Warehouse Supervisor - TEMPORARY

We have an opportunity for you to work at a major logistics center in Atlanta, GA for a temporary Warehouse Supervisor role. It is intended to last between now and July 31, 2026 as this project is to help support the FIFA World Cup. Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor you’ll lead a dedicated team of warehouse associates to ensure that shipping, receiving, and inventory goals are met with precision. Direct a small team of associates by assigning tasks based on daily volume and individual specialization to maximize output. Lead all inbound/outbound activities, ensuring shipments are processed according to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track transactions, and resolve discrepancies. Track and post daily performance metrics (KPIs) for your area; provide real-time feedback and coaching to team members to improve productivity. Enforce all OSHA and CEVA-specific safety protocols. Conduct daily "toolbox talks" and ensure a clean, organized "5S" work environment. Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, equipment failures, or inventory errors.

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
