In the restaurant, you will serve our customers by ensuring they are seated quickly, their orders are received, prepared, and delivered in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next customers. Open availability. Willing to work on Weekends and Holidays. Experience is a plus. MICROS experience is a plus.

• Collect correct payment from guests and ensure that the guest check and method of payment are accurate to safeguard both the client and the business from mistakes in transactions
• Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
• Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests
• Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
• Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
