What You’ll Do

• Complete daily service routes and assigned pest control services
• Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and next steps
• Ensure safe product application following all PPE and compliance standards
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and provide follow-up as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and system updates
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and ready

What Success Looks Like

• Complete 98%+ of scheduled service stops
• Maintain 90%+ accuracy in documentation and compliance
• Achieve 70%+ customer satisfaction scores
• Generate 8+ qualified leads per month
• Resolve 95%+ of service issues within 24 hours
• Maintain zero preventable safety or driving incidents

What You’ll Bring

• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions

Preferred:

• Pest control or related field experience
• Active pest control license or certifications
