Head of Performance Marketing

The Head of Performance Marketing will own customer acquisition and revenue growth across all Direct-to-Consumer channels for My Amazon Guy's DTC division. This leader will pair sharp analytical skills with creative insight, working hand-in-hand with the Creative Strategist to develop campaigns that scale profitably, elevate brand presence, and maximize return on ad spend.

You'll lead and mentor a high-performing team of Paid Media Specialists, translating business goals into measurable marketing outcomes while fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategy & Leadership**

* Define and execute the DTC performance marketing roadmap across paid social, search, display, programmatic, and emerging channels.
* Partner with the Creative Strategist to align ad creative, messaging, and funnel strategy with performance goals.
* Establish clear KPIs (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, retention) and maintain a testing culture that drives continual improvement.

**Campaign Planning & Execution**

* Oversee campaign architecture, budget allocation, pacing, and optimization across all DTC paid media.
* Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on briefs, asset iterations, and audience insights.
* Leverage first-party data, pixels, and conversion APIs to optimize targeting and attribution.

**Measurement & Reporting**

* Build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for leadership.
* Partner with data and analytics resources to ensure clean attribution and accurate ROAS/LTV modeling.

**Qualifications:**

* 5+ years managing social ads with a strong focus on DTC/B2C campaigns.
* 3+ years hands-on with Meta & TikTok Ads.
* Expertise in email marketing and multi-channel campaign integration.
* Skilled in CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.
* Strong creative eye and copywriting ability for consumer engagement.
* Active Meta & TikTok Ad Certifications.
* Proven leader with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Track record of building scalable workflows for creative and performance marketing.
