Our client, a leading Food Manufacturer, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive performance, eliminate losses, and build a culture of continuous improvement at their Conyers facility.
This is your chance to step into a role where technical leadership meets cultural transformation—shaping the future of high-speed manufacturing through TPM, Lean, and Zero Loss Culture principles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead root cause analysis to eliminate losses and boost equipment reliability
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to unlock efficiency gains
- Coach teams on Daily Management Systems and capability building
- Deliver rapid changeover improvements and support major capital projects
- Champion data-driven decision-making with advanced digital systems
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
- Strong experience in a manufacturing setting, FMCG or similar
- Proven success in performance improvement and loss elimination
- Strong technical leadership and cross-functional coaching ability

- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Expertise in TPM, SPC, and rapid changeovers
