Scrum Master

Kforce has a client in Alpharetta, GA that is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple Scrum teams and support the successful delivery of business-critical software development initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and collaborative professional with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive Agile best practices, remove obstacles, and ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage and support multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
• Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reporting
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement
• Coordinate resources across multiple teams and time zones
• Monitor project dependencies and proactively address roadblocks
• Ensure accurate Jira documentation, reporting, and time tracking
• Support change management and business transformation initiatives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively
• Prioritize competing demands while maintaining focus on business objectives and delivery timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
• 5+ years of Agile Scrum Master and project delivery experience
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience leading software development projects and Agile teams
• Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with process improvement and business transformation initiatives
• Background as a Software Development Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master
