Bindery Operator (Milton)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bindery Operator to join their Alpharetta, GA production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain bindery equipment to ensure finished printed materials are cut, folded, stitched, glued, or packaged according to customer specifications. This is a direct-hire, full-time position offering stability, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday
Pay: $18 - $22/hr (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor bindery equipment (cutter, folder, stitcher, gluer, perforator, inserter).
• Read job tickets and adjust machines to meet specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, alignment, and finishing standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with packaging, stacking, and preparing jobs for shipment.
What You Bring
• Experience in bindery, finishing, or printing operations preferred (training available for motivated candidates).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
