Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and medications per physician orders
- Monitor and manage patients on ventilator support, including adjustments and alarm management
- Perform patient assessments, interpret ABG results, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team
- Assist with airway management, airway clearance techniques, and weaning protocols as appropriate
- Maintain respiratory equipment, ensure infection control, and follow safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia (RRT credential is required or NBRC-approved)
- NBRC RRT certification
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a hospital setting
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Ability to work the listed on-site, travel assignment and meet assignment duration
- Willingness to travel and be located outside a 50-mile radius of Lawrenceville, GA
