Responsibilities for an ED of Clinical Services with Phoebe Ministries:

The Executive Director of Clinical Services provides strategic leadership, oversight, and direction for all clinical programs and services. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the integration of evidence-based practices across the organization. The Executive Director collaborates closely with senior leadership, clinical staff, and community partners to advance the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This position requires regular travel between three campuses (approximately 50% of the time) and active participation in mock surveys, as well as providing education, ongoing training, and coaching related to state and federal Skilled Nursing regulations and Personal Care regulations.

Requirements for an ED of Clinical Services with Phoebe Ministries:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Current clinical licensure RN/BSN required.
3. Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical services or healthcare management.
4. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance, and accreditation processes for long term care.
5. Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and drive organizational change.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
