We’re expanding and looking for **hungry, motivated Lead Finders** who want to learn, grow, and WIN in the real estate investment business.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a **high-energy team of star players** led by a **well-known and experienced investor in the Atlanta real estate market.**

### WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a **Real Estate Lead Finder**, your job is to identify potential investment opportunities and help move qualified leads through our pipeline.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Finding motivated seller and investment property leads
* Contacting and following up with potential sellers and agents
* **Vetting and qualifying leads**
* Gathering important property and seller information
* **Running comparable sales (comps)**
* Understanding property values and potential investment spreads
* Identifying opportunities that fit our company’s buying criteria
* Assigning qualified leads to an **Acquisition Manager**, who will negotiate and make the offer
* Keeping accurate notes and consistently following up
* You will work in our Virtual Office Daily.

### COMPENSATION + DEAL BONUSES

Your **starting rate will be based on your experience** and what you bring to the team.

But we also believe in **rewarding results.**

In addition to your regular compensation, you can earn a **$250–$750 BONUS for every deal that closes from a lead you generate.**
