Construction Manager

salary: $73.33 - 92.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate technical projects, developing detailed plans and assessing resource needs to achieve Our Client's overarching engineering and development goals.
- Build and manage high-performing teams by recruiting, directing work, and overseeing ongoing staff development on behalf of Our Client.
- Collaborate seamlessly with management, production, and marketing departments to align on project specifications, review contracts, and approve cost estimates.
- Act as Our Client's expert representative to confidently present proposals, technical findings, and project reports to stakeholders and clients.
