Aim Higher ABA is a growing, compassionate ABA therapy provider seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This RBT role is perfect for individuals who want meaningful work, strong clinical support, and growth within a supportive company.

RBT Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
RBT Pay & Benefits
$24.00$30.00 per hour

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the familys convenience.
