Full-Time Server – Yami Crab
Yami Crab is looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Full-Time Server to join our team. We are looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and maintains a positive attitude with both guests and coworkers.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Deliver food and drinks promptly
Check on guests throughout their meal and provide excellent service
Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
Maintain clean and organized tables and server stations
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties
Work closely with kitchen, host, and other team members
Handle guest concerns professionally
Follow all restaurant food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
Previous restaurant serving experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
Able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be available for a full-time schedule
Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
Professional appearance and positive attitude
