As RAM Lumber continues to grow, we're looking to hire a Branch Manager that will oversee the daily operations of our Zebulon branch with a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees. This role involves leading staff, maintaining strong customer relations, ensuring operational compliance, and driving continuous performance improvements. The Branch Manager has moderate decision-making autonomy and focuses on projects related to operational improvements and staff development, with no travel required. Growth opportunities include promotion to regional manager or lateral movement to corporate roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 6-15 employees to achieve branch goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and address client needs
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly
- Prepare and submit operational and performance reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in branch management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Operations management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
