Travel Support Advisor - Remote
Dreams Travel busca un Asesor de Soporte de Viajes motivado y orientado al cliente para unirse a nuestro equipo en crecimiento. Este puesto es completamente remoto, con horario flexible, ideal para personas apasionadas por los viajes y por brindar experiencias excepcionales a los clientes.
Como asesor de asistencia en viajes, ayudarás a los clientes con la planificación de viajes, las reservas y el apoyo continuo, garantizando un viaje sin contratiempos y agradable de principio a fin.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a través de plataformas telefónicas, de correo electrónico y de mensajería.
- Ayudar a los clientes a reservar vuelos, hoteles, excursiones y paquetes de viaje.
- Gestionar consultas, cambios, cancelaciones y problemas relacionados con los viajes.
- Ofrecer recomendaciones de viaje personalizadas basadas en las preferencias del cliente.
- Mantener registros precisos de las reservas y las interacciones con los clientes.
- Manténgase al día sobre las tendencias de viaje, los destinos y las políticas del sector.
Requisitos:
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas en inglés (oral y escrito).
- Excelente atención al cliente y capacidad para resolver problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno remoto.
- Conocimientos básicos de informática y familiaridad con sistemas de reservas en línea (preferible).
- Pasión por viajar y ayudar a los demás.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiencia previa en viajes, hostelería o atención al cliente.
