Dentist
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and confident dentist to step into a high-collections, established family dental practice in a growing Atlanta suburb. Work alongside a dentist who is cutting back for retirement.
Practice and Location:
- Located in Newnan, GA, a thriving community southwest of Atlanta.
- Long-established practice with a loyal, stable patient base focused on family dentistry.
- The practice utilizes modern technology, including digital charts and a digital scanner.
- Serve a middle-class patient base with a strong mix of PPO and cash patients.
Position:
- Work a full-time schedule (4 or 5 days per week, associate preference).
- Begin working alongside the current dentist, who will transition to part-time, before ultimately becoming the practice’s sole provider .
- Excellent production potential: $800,000+ in annual collections.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Highly competitive collections-based compensation with no lab fee deductions.
- A strong, negotiable introductory financial guarantee is offered for the first 90 days.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid license and malpractice fees, a 401K plan, and a continuing education stipend.
Candidate Criteria:
An active Georgia dental license and several years of experience are required. We are looking for a candidate who is efficient, confident, and prepared to operate with minimal mentoring. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term professional home .
