**What You'll Do:**
+ Control access to the location by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry, and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and adhere to site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior.
+ Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors with access questions and general inquiries.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities through written reports and communication with Allied Universal management.
+ Follow emergency response protocols in the event of a situation requiring immediate action, such as fire alarms or medical incidents.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
