Farmers Insurance - Richard Rappa District Office develops insurance sales professionals through coaching, mentorship, training, and a growth path toward leadership or agency ownership. In this role, you will help drive agency growth by building client relationships, identifying coverage needs, and guiding individuals and businesses toward insurance solutions that fit their goals. Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new leads into long-term clients
• Consult with individuals and businesses to assess their insurance needs and provide customized coverage options
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Deliver superior customer service through regular client contact and policy reviews
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall agency growth
• Stay up to date on insurance products, market trends, and compliance regulations
• Effectively use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
• Participate in team meetings and support agency-wide sales initiatives

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; insurance experience a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience communicating and negotiating with clients.
• Confident making outbound calls and closing sales.
• Experience in consultative sales with individual consumers or small business clients.
• Experience with personal lines and life insurance products preferred.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license.
