Responsibilities:

1. Good eye-hand coordination and dexterity

2. Attention to detail

3. Perform simple tasks with high throughput and low error rate

4. Good attendance record and positive attitude.

5. Keeping area neat & organized

6. Ability to work with individuals and teams to achieve production goals.

7. Ability to follow through on tasks assigned to completion.

8. Ability to work with minimum supervision

9. Will train qualified individual.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Soldering and SMT experience

· Able to read & understand assembly drawings is a plus

· General Computer Skills

· Production work experience

· IPC 610 Knowledge is a Plus

· J Standards knowledge is also a Plus

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

1. Sitting for extended periods

2. Standing for extended periods

3. Walking Lifting/carrying more than 20 pounds various items

4. Repetitive Motions

5. Pushing/Pulling

6. Bending/Stooping

7. Must be able to distinguish colors, fine detail, & tones

8. Must be able to read/write and follow directions in English
