What Youll Own

Youll operate as a self-starter and take control of your results.

• Work qualified leads daily with urgency
• Lead confident, structured sales conversations
• Identify coverage gaps and position full household protection
• Present pricing clearly and close decisively
• Handle objections by reinforcing value and maintaining control of the conversation
• Track your personal performance and stay aligned with agency KPIs

This role is focused on closing. You'll lead conversations, position value, and guide prospects to a purchasing decision.

Whats Required of You

An insurance license is the starting point. Success in this role comes from consistency, competitiveness, and execution.

• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Ability to work through no without losing confidence or composure
• Comfort handling objections and staying in control of the conversation
• Confidence discussing money and presenting pricing clearly
• Competitive mindset with a desire to improve your numbers
• Coachable attitude and openness to direct feedback
• Self-discipline to manage activity and follow through consistently
• Comfort navigating multiple technology platforms and systems daily
