Logistics Administrative Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Nextaff is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrative Coordinator to serve as the "Air Traffic Controller" for our dispatch operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in corporate office settings or high-volume logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatching and route planning for outgoing shipments.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments directly with customers.
- Track shipment status and due dates, coordinating closely with the Warehouse Manager.
- Update internal tracking systems and ensure all digital paperwork is uploaded accurately.
- Manage professional communication via phone and email with clients and drivers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a professional office or logistics setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new dispatch software.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy (10-key experience is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Ability to pass E-Verify, drug screen, and background check.
