Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Director of Nursing (RN) - Home Care , based in Decatur, GA.

The Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse, is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations , ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, conducting patient assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, overseeing clinical documentation, implementing infection control protocols, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The Director of Nursing serves as the primary clinical leader for the organization and works closely with staff, patients, and referral partners to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 annually

Qualifications :

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Experience in n ursing leadership, nursing management, or clinical supervision
• Strong understanding of home care or home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or long-term care
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or leadership experience
