Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Clean driving record.
• Current Pest Control License.
• 1-3 years of pest control experience.
• 1-3 years of Wildlife experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical ability to move constantly, access attics/crawl spaces, and maintain a good work pace.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills for top-notch customer service.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control solutions safely and effectively according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to explain inspection results, treatment plans, and pest prevention tips.
• Create leads while out in the field.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, services performed, and chemicals used.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on pest control equipment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and pest control methods through ongoing training.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any pest related issues.
