Restorative Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Position Overview: Join our team as a Restorative Expanded Function Dental Assistant and play an active role in delivering high-quality restorative dentistry. This position offers hands-on clinical work with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Duties:
- Independently place and polish restorations
- Fabricate provisional crowns/bridges
- Take impressions and diagnostic casts
- Perform coronal polishing and fluoride/sealant placement
- Assist in complex restorative and prosthodontic cases
- Maintain OSHA compliance and sterilization
- Document procedures and update records accurately
- Manage inventory and chairside supply readiness
Qualifications:
- Prior dental assisting experience with EFDA duties
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Certification in EFDA, Radiology, and CPR
