Job Description:
We are looking for committed, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to join our team. Whether your expertise is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role offers the chance to practice modern, high-quality medicine outside the constraints of traditional settings. Most services are provided virtually, with some in-person hybrid opportunities potentially available.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatments.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and build strong therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests to make informed treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and offer expert advice on their usage (please note QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
- Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and experienced nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation to support continuity of care.
- Stay updated with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, preferably five, with a willingness to obtain additional licenses (we provide assistance and cover costs).
- Licensed in at least five states and/or three or more of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
- Availability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days each week, with at least one week advanced scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to medical excellence.
- Proficient with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
- A passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful difference.
- At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).

As part of the onboarding process, all physicians must complete applicable training, including buprenorphine training. Malpractice insurance is provided (3m/1m). You will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year.
