Responsibilities for a NHA with Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for directing the overall operations of the campus. Responsible for operating the respective services in accordance with the established Mission, Vision and Values of Phoebe Ministries and current applicable federal, state, and local laws; developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the annual operating plan; ensuring the department is operating in compliance with established policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; directing and supervising assigned personnel; communicating and interfacing with appropriate personnel; providing periodic management reports and daily problem solving. Drives initiatives and holds staff accountable for customer driven culture and quality assurance performance improvement.
Requirements for a NHA with Phoebe Allentown:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
- B.S. or B.A. degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree in business or health care administration preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing a multi-department combined with long-term care business operation preferably in a CCRC setting. With experience in clinical program development, dementia, and end of life care.
- Prior experience in managing building renovations desired.
- Current Pennsylvania N.H.A. license or possess license credentials in another state which qualify for a Pennsylvania license.
