Denester/Finisher (1st & 2nd shift)

We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Denester/Finisher to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for removing parts from production nests, separating and sorting components, performing finishing operations such as deburring and grinding, conducting quality inspections, and preparing parts for the next stage of production. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, maintains a strong safety focus, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Compensation & Schedule
Pay Range: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour (starting wage based on experience)
First Shift
- Monday – Thursday
- 6:00AM-4:30PM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Monday – Thursday
- 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- 4-Day Work Week
- Additional $3.00/hour shift differential
- Remove finished parts from laser-cut nests and separate components.
- Deburr, grind, sand, and finish parts according to quality specifications.
- Inspect parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality.
- Sort, stack, package, and prepare parts for the next production operation.
- Use hand tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain production records and accurately identify completed work.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or metal fabrication experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, grinders, and finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
