Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team! As a Personal Assistant, you will be stepping into a role with many hats, and responsibilities can include maintaining a personal and professional schedule, coordinating meetings, dinners, and events, and even running essential and non-essential errands and or tasks during work hours. You will also work closely with the CEO to anticipate the needs of the CEO as well as meet the requests of the CEO and CFO. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is incredibly organized, and can multitask, often working on multiple projects at once and must be extremely flexible.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and maintain a realistic, accurate calendar
• Add daily value to the position by utilizing forward thinking
• MUST be flexible with your availability
• Answer and screen calls
• Run errands, as needed
• Order essential and non-essential supplies
• Work closely with many different people to ensure everyone is on the same page
• Travel will be required regularly

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience as an Executive Personal Assistant (Please indicate on your resume)
• MUST have reliable transportation
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 especially Teams for communication
• The ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organization
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to multitask well
• The ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Sports knowledge is preferred
