Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - South Atlantic Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1+ years Neonatal ICU or PICU Critical Care experience.

Unit Details: Uses Servo U and Drager VN500 ventilators, F&P Bubble CPAP, HFOV, HFJV, Vaportherm, and heliox therapy. Must be able to independently admit and manage vented patients in Peds ICU using the Servo-U ventilator; set up and manage heliox therapy through invasive and non-invasive measures; and be familiar with biPAP, CPAP, Bubble CPAP, nitric oxide, and high frequency ventilation.

10 days maximum time off

1 reference required from within the last 12 months

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
