In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.97 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas, with working conditions that may vary by location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or operational areas.
• Support site operations by observing for hazards, damaged equipment, and/or policy violations, then communicating concerns to the appropriate contacts and documenting security-related activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
