Are you passionate about helping children grow and thrive? As a Youth Mentor Specialist, you'll guide and support youth in our care, teaching essential life skills while maintaining a positive, nurturing environment. Your role will be vital in shaping their future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement daily schedules and routines
- Mentor youth through life skill-building activities
- Provide structure, supervision, and positive role modeling
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years working with children (residential experience preferred)
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean background
Available Shifts:
- 7 AM - 7 PM
- 7 PM - 7 AM
