Responsibilities: This position is responsible for elevating the effectiveness of scheduling and staffing across the system. Key responsibilities include the development of scheduling and staffing workflows, best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes, and implementation and maintenance of the enterprise scheduling software. Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or health related discipline Required or
- In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare operational role Required or
- In lieu of degree a total of five (5) years of experience Required
- None Required
