FGG Spa LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. No matter how big we get the core of our company culture is to PUT PEOPLE FIRST! Our Esthetics program is built on a foundation of high quality results-driven treatment options with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare. Through client education repeated routine visits and post-treatment homecare recommendations our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between getting a facial and having a skincare ritual.

As an Esthetician you will

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
• Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens based on the clients individual skincare goals
• Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
• Effectively communicate with clients spa management and staff
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
