Position Title: Technology Lead - Coupa Source to Pay
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension or conversion to FTE
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement : Remote within the US
Payrate: $75.00 - $80.00

• Minimum of 8–10 years of IT experience in the end-user industry, IT consulting, systems integrators, or with IT products.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on procurement transformations at an enterprise scale.
• A degree in Engineering from a premier institution or a Chartered Accountancy.
• Postgraduate diploma/MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of configuration experience in Coupa/SAP S4 HANA Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Materials Management.
• Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas (e.g., Supply Chain/Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Finance) is desirable.
• Must have worked in the configuration, testing, and implementation of Coupa.
• Participated in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementations, focusing on analytics-led business transformation.
• Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas (e.g., Supply Chain/Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement) is desirable.
• Coupa with SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next-generation business transformation implementation.
• High learning agility with outcome-oriented and transformative mindset, bringing best-in-class data, process, and technical designs for purpose.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive.
• Experience in creating/reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements.
• Ability to create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Lead Coupa solutions design, configuration, testing, and delivery across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Expert in SAP Source-to-Pay, Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Materials Management.
• Gather and document business requirements; provide functional inputs for technical implementation.
• Configure Coupa globally, including workflows, custom fields, PO forms, catalog, suppliers, users, and security roles.
• Manage Coupa integrations with SAP for transactional and master data; create functional specifications for WRICEF objects.
• Support testing and UAT; solve complex business problems in collaboration with IT, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Advise on SAP solutions, drive outcome-oriented strategies, and maintain strong business relationships.
