We are seeking a Detail Shop Manager to perform auto detailing, managing schedule of employees, development of relationship with client,cleaning of shop,etc.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in detailing cars
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership qualities
