Description:
We are seeking a skilled full-time Pipe Layer to join one of our pipe crews on various construction job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting grade, leading the laborers on the crew, setting the laser up and maintaining grade in the ditch, reading and understanding plans, and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Capable of shooting grade
- Capable of leading the laborers on the crew
- Capable of setting the laser up
- Maintaining grade in the ditch
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety regulations.
- Must have valid documentation and be able to pass E-Verify.
- Proven experience working as a Pipe Layer on a pipe crew.
- Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while communicating clearly with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing tasks safely and efficiently. This position offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about construction to grow their skills in a dynamic work environment.
