Admin Support II (Harris County)

Program: Harris County Behavioral Health Services

Location: Harris County

Rate of Pay: $29,960 per hour

Works with the following population: Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Disabilities

: Under general supervision, the candidate will sign individuals in for appointments, schedule follow-up appointments, complete registration and/or consents, complete monthly audits, make reminder calls, greet clients, collect rent payments for local housing program, data entry, and reporting in client tracking system.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of office setting experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: At least one (1) year of office setting experience.
