Location: Griffin, GA Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 11:00 AM) | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly Pay: $32.00–$35.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems.
• Operate and monitor the facility boiler, maintaining steam pressure above 180 PSI.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Complete routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and maintenance documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with maintenance team members, vendors, and production personnel to support plant operations.
• Work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Experience in corrugated or converting manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
