As an Innkeeper (Front Desk), you’ll manage guest services, handle reservations, assist with spa scheduling, oversee housekeeping quality, and help maintain the inviting charm of our inn. - Manage guest services including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest communications
- Schedule spa appointments and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations
- Perform quality checks on guest rooms and oversee housekeeping standards
- Provide occasional breakfast service and light housekeeping support
- Handle light maintenance, restocking, and daily upkeep of the inn
- Monitor and manage inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the inn and grounds
- Adhere to safety, health, and emergency protocols
- Friendly, welcoming, and detail-oriented personality with a genuine heart for hospitality
- Strong computer skills and comfort with reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and problem-solve on the spot
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, teaching, or related fields preferred
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
