Marketing Coordinator
- Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including project sheets, team bios, and presentations
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Support website updates and other digital platforms
- Create and schedule posts across company social media accounts
- Source and organize photos and updates from project team
- Help draft project spotlights, employee features, and internal announcements
- Assist with assembling proposal documents and marketing packages
- Help maintain updated marketing assets and files
- Organize resumes, project information, and standard content used in proposals
- Support planning and logistics for company events, jobsite celebrations, trade shows, and career fairs
- Help prepare promotional items and marketing materials for events
- Attend and assist with setup and content capture when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Comfortable using or learning social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in the construction or architecture/engineering (A/E/C) industry is a plus
