💰 Pay: $45,000–$60,000 Base + Commission (OTE $100,000–$120,000)

Your Role as a Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll use your consultative selling skills to understand customer challenges and guide them toward the Docufree offerings that best support their business needs. You’ll walk prospects through their transition to digital workflows, showing how Docufree’s technology and services create real operational improvements. This role is ideal for an energetic, persuasive professional who thrives on helping clients embrace better, more efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Engagement & Sales Development
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets.
Present Docufree’s portfolio of services and technology with confidence.
Identify opportunities to expand product or service usage within accounts.
Convert qualified prospects by effectively aligning sales offerings with business needs.
🔹 Customer Interaction & Communication
Respond promptly to inquiries related to products, pricing, and services.
Provide a friendly, professional customer experience throughout the process.
Maintain accurate, organized documentation within the CRM system.
🔹 Collaboration & Revenue Execution
Meet or exceed individual revenue goals.
Partner with a senior outside sales representative to support large accounts.
Assist with team initiatives and complete additional tasks as needed.
What You Need to Succeed

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence customer decision-making.
Strong organizational habits and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in consultative selling, needs analysis, and product demonstrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong discipline in maintaining CRM accuracy.
Interest in SaaS, automation, and digital workflow solutions.
✔ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent inside sales experience.
Proven success helping guide customers through purchasing decisions.
Experience partnering with senior sales professionals is a plus.
