Senior Litigation Paralegal
Senior Litigation Paralegal Opportunity – Sandy Springs, GA – Hybrid

- $80,000–$90,000 base (DOE)
- Up to $100,000 for an exceptional candidate
Benefits:

- Hybrid: Fully onsite for the first 90 days, then 2 days remote per week
Role Overview:
- Manage a caseload of 50+ personal injury matters
- Support cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from intake through trial
- Heavy involvement in discovery, pleadings, and motion preparation
- Act as a true right-hand to attorneys—this is a high-level, trial-focused role
Requirements:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong background in personal injury litigation or insurance defense (trial-heavy exposure preferred)
- Experience with discovery, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
- Ability to manage cases independently and hit the ground running (“plug-and-play”)
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating at an advanced level
- Stable xrczosw work history with experience at reputable firms preferred
