Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and high-quality service.

• Manage new and renewal commercial insurance business.

• Evaluate risk exposures and place appropriate commercial coverage aligned with underwriting guidelines.

• Process endorsements, policy updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.

• Review renewal and expiration activity and support client retention strategies.

• Serve as liaison between clients, producers, underwriters, and internal teams.

• Identify cross-sell and account expansion opportunities including umbrella, flood, and business interruption coverages.

• Maintain accurate records within agency management systems.

• Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and internal procedures.

• Stay current on commercial insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Certifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance servicing, account management, or customer service.

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License.

• Experience in commercial lines insurance preferred.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree in Business or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.

• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
