What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations in Rome, Georgia

• Lead, coach, and develop both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

• Ensure outstanding guest service and a welcoming atmosphere in our Rome, Georgia restaurant

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational systems

• Help drive sales, manage labor costs, and maintain profitability
