IAM Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced IAM Triage professional to join our team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the assessment and resolution of complex IAM issues. This will involve conducting thorough investigations to determine root cause and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence.
The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing complex IAM process issues to identify and mitigate risks, potential improvements, and efficiency enhancements to prevent recurrence. They will work closely with the IAM Governance and Operations team to review IAM metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with product and engineering teams to define and design solutions, implement fixes, and process improvements. They will provide expert guidance in resolving complex IAM Issues and collaborate with IAM, Cyber, and the broader organization to resolve highly complex issues that involve identity and access management.
The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to provide data-driven feedback to IAM product teams to help improve product quality, system or process resilience, and user experience. They will collaborate with IAM Governance and Risk partners to ensure proposed solutions to complex IAM issues address underlying risk, satisfy policy, and regulatory requirements.
The selected individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and process improvements to contribute to a knowledge base/best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and resolution of complex IAM issues and needs ensuring proper categorization and resolution.
- Conduct detailed investigations to determine root cause and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze complex IAM process issues to identify and mitigate risks, potential improvements, and efficiency enhancements to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to define and design solutions, implement fixes, and process improvements.
- Provide expert guidance in resolving complex IAM Issues.
