Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide passionate, high-quality nursing care across medical-surgical and specialty units.
• Work a schedule prising 15 day shifts and 15 night shifts, typically 12-hour shifts starting at 06:45.
• Float between units such as Orthopedics, Neurology, Oncology, Acute Care, and others as assigned.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RT, pharmacy, and OB/neonatology specialists.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and maintain patient safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience plus 1 travel assignment, or 4 years without travel experience.
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; ASLS and NIHSS preferred depending on unit.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Meditech.
• Ability to obtain charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Proven capability to manage nurse-to-patient ratios typically around 1:6.
• Flexibility with assignment changes during shifts.
