- Assess student performance through skill demonstrations, field exams, and written evaluations
- Collaborate with curriculum developers, clients, and operations staff to enhance content and learner experience
- Prepare and maintain training materials, field equipment, and classroom resources
- Serve as a professional representative of Everblue, modeling technical expertise and outstanding customer service
- Prior teaching, field supervision, or technical training experience
- Field experience in energy auditing, weatherization, building performance, solar installation, or similar technical disciplines preferred
- Current BPI, RESNET, NABCEP, or similar certification required
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with adult learners
- Ability to manage logistics for travel-based training (travel, shipping, setup, and tear down)
- Proficiency in computer and presentation tools (Microsoft Office, Zoom)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Natural curiosity
- Passion for sustainability and workforce development
- Exceptional organizational skills and training preparation
- Comfort working independently in diverse field environments
- Ability to adapt quickly and creatively to meet learner needs
- Paid travel and lodging for all assignments
