Sage is seeking a Partner Digital Tools Manager to support the Partner Digital Engagement team’s mission to deliver a unified global partner experience that enables the journey from onboarding through in life growth while driving channel revenue.

Blending project management, product management, and data expertise, this role supports channel and strategic partner sales motions through well designed tools, processes, and insights. You’ll lead initiatives end to end—shaping tool direction, driving functional and data innovation, and improving adoption, satisfaction, and go to market efficiency while influencing Sage’s global channel tools strategy.

You’ll work hands on with Channel Sales, Operations, Partner Marketing, RTM, and Partner Strategy to align tools and data with commercial needs, and collaborate with SSDE, IT, Partner Enablement, and third party vendors to deliver the roadmap, enable colleagues and partners, and establish adoption and outcome tracking that drives continuous improvement.

In addition to channel tools initiatives, a key focus of this role is ensuring the strength of Sage’s partner data ecosystem - understanding cross system data flows, improving data quality, ensuring tools and processes are underpinned by accurate, reliable, well integrated data that enables scalable, data driven partner experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and resolve data challenges, including data quality issues, mapping inconsistencies, and cross system discrepancies affecting partner workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, identifying opportunities to streamline to reduce manual intervention, and improve partner and colleague experience.

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of data models, schemas, and sync logic across Sage Partner Central, CRM, and associated internal and external systems.

• Collaborate with IT, data teams, sales & operations teams, and vendor teams to document data requirements, validate data mappings, and ensure end to end alignment across design, build, and test phases.

• Created and own a Partner digital tools reporting dashboard that provides leaders not only with usage and adoption stats, but also correlates tools engagement with partner performance metrics.

• Lead tool feature initiatives for Order Management and E2E sales (CPQ) from to improve efficiency of the order process and offer partner self-service of quote and order.

• Lead Partner Relationship Data initiative to ensure ability for Sage and Partners to view and maintain partner account and contact data and support a campaign that ensures partners cleanse and maintain their contact data

• For each initiative, coordinate and lead project through all delivery phases (scope definition, requirements gathering, design planning, technical feasibility, build & test, colleague and partner training and launch) creating and maintain project artifacts (i.e. roadmaps, initiative definition, project plan, communication plans, trackers, and dashboards) to ensure scope & outcome clarity and visibility of delivery plan and its progress.

• Identify and monitor and manage dependencies, risks and issues, drive mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed for resolution.

• Lead partner-focused discussion and training sessions on tools and processes.
