Responsibilities:

· Monitor and coordinate billing assignments of the Reconciliation team

· Update reporting used to track billing trends

· Create analyses to aid in improving billing outcomes and efficiency

· Address billing updates/client concerns with Recon team

· Manage workflow of Reconciliation Analysts monthly reconciliations, as well as distribute new client assignments

· Assess departmental ticket requests, allocate to appropriate Analyst

· Periodically audit work output of Analysts for potential training opportunities

· Work alongside the Invoice team to assist with client billing resolutions

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience

· 3-5 years of experience in billing or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

· Strong business and data (financial) analysis, analytical and critical thinking capability

· Medical billing experience preferred

· Ability to quickly learn new financial software applications

· Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Strong organizational skills

· Detail oriented with excellent follow up and understanding of financial billing or data principles

· Good written and verbal communication skills
